Reporting Maintenance
This allows us to always have on file your repair requests and also for us to have all required information up front so we can quickly deal with the issue at hand. Verbal requests do run the risk of a breakdown in communication and unnecessary complications.
However you may still call us in the case of an emergency (if it is unpractical to put in writing). An emergency repair is something that must be repaired immediately otherwise property damage or personal injury may result or undue inconvenience will occur. An example of this could be an electrical hazard, pipe/toilet blockage or hot water service failure.
